Qualified as Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree at Moscow Medical and Dental School in 1987, then after moving to the UK and in 1992 completed his Licentiate in Dental Surgery LDS RCSHe at the Royal College of Surgeons in London in 1992. Mr Nikitin has worked with King’s College School of Medicine and Dentistry as a Lecturer and dental implant surgery and restorative treatments .In 1996 Mr Nikitin opened this private practice in Wimpole Street, delivering exceptional standards of modern dentistry to his patients, proving the full range of dental treatment to his patients.
Vladimir is a Trustee for the charity Gift of Life and the practice a proud sponsor of the annual fundraising Gala.
Dr George Paolinelis
At 30A, George carries out the full range of Oral Surgery Procedures, he has a specific interest in minimal surgery, dental implant based restoration of oral function and health, monitoring and improving surgical techniques based on clinical outcome. As part of his hospital post and in addition to the teaching and supervision of specialist trainees in Oral Surgery, George is responsible for dental implant clinic teaching for postgraduate dentists, some training to specialise in Prosthetic Dentistry.
George has established working relationships with a number of highly regarded specialist colleagues and is used to carrying out or contributing to complex treatment plans.

Dr Heike Börnert
Dr Med Dent
Specialist in Orthodontics graduated from the Dental school of the University of Leipzig, Germany in 1996 followed by five years specialist training in Orthodontics at Leipzig University Hospital. In 2001 she was awarded the higher academic degree of “Doctor in Dental Surgery” and won the Carl Zeiss Award for the best doctorate thesis in Dentistry for that year.
Dr Börnert has worked as an Orthodontist in several private practices as well as a Locum Consultant at King’s College Hospital London and Royal Surrey Hospital in Guildford.
BDS – Dentist qualified as a General Dental Surgeon in Latvian Medical Academia (Riga) in 1995. She has more than 15 years’ experience working in private clinics in Riga, Moscow and London, completing a two year postgraduate course in prosthetic dentistry in 1999 at Moscow State University of Dental Medicine (MGMSU). Marina has special interest in endodontic, restorative and aesthetic dentistry and has been working with Mr Nikitin since 2009.
Qualified as Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry, Nicole graduated Cum Laude from Semmelweis Dental School in Budapest, Hungary, where she received top-tier ranking amongst her graduating class.
Canadian born, Nicole has lived and studied in North America and Europe, after which she settled in London, England in 2013.
Nicole provides her patients with a full range of treatments and services, and has a particular interest in aesthetic and restorative dentistry.
Dr Betsis joined Mr Nikitin’s practice in 2016.
Sabina has over 8 years clinical experience in private practice and within the Royal London dental hospital. Clinical experience predominantly focused on preventative dentistry, non-surgical periodontal therapy and restorative treatment for children and adults.
Excellent clinical and communicational skills as provided by patient feedback. Specific interests include cosmetic dentistry, implant maintenance and minimally invasive dentistry.
Sabina has a passionate research background with a Bachelors Degree in Biochemistry and is involved in the charity Project Harar which is surgical mission in Ethiopia who transform lives of children and young adults with facial disfigurements.
Dental therapist with a special interest in implant maintenance and the prevention and treatment of peri-implant diseases.
Anastasia qualified with Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Microbiology in Russia in 2007. After immigration to the UK shortly afterwards, she worked in the dental industry for 10 years in various roles including working as a dental implant nurse in specialist practices across London. In 2016 she got accepted onto training as a Dental Hygiene Therapist at King’s College London which she graduated with the best clinical skills of the year student award.
She is a member of the Association of Dental Implantology (ADI) and takes an active interest in keeping abreast of all the latest concepts in implant maintenance.
Anastaisa is passionate about giving excellent, gentle treatments and helping patients achieve great oral health and is set to be a real asset to the team.
Michelle O’ Malley
Practice’s Registered Manager
She has been working with Vladimir Nikitin since 1996 and has more than 20 years’ experience working with dentists as both a nurse and practice management. Michelle qualified as a Dental Surgery Assistant at Kings College in 1991. She was Mr Nikitins’ dental nurse for ten years before moving into full time role of Practice Manager. Since 2006 has managed the practice successfully, ensuring the care and welfare patients experience is to the highest possible standards.
Also dedicating time to patient liaison and acts as treatment co-ordinator for oral surgery and orthodontics with the understanding and knowledge to answer many of the questions relating to a patient’s individual treatment plan, if a patient has further questions on dental implants they can call or e-mail Michelle to clarify what a dental implant is and procedures involved.
